Those aren’t really little stones in your throat, they are a bit soft and pliable, but tonsil stones or tonsiliths or tonsilloliths or throat stones do resemble tiny white pebbles.

There is a danger in finding an effective post nasal drip cure because when working on drying up the drip, you may also be drying up the throat and therefore creating an environment for bacteria in the mouth to pump out sulfur componds and making your breath stink.
