What is a good way to get rid of bad breath?

I try to get rid of it….I try everything but nothing works…help!

Maybe you have halitosis (Idk if that’s the way it’s spelled). It’s chronic bad breath. Have you tried to brush your tongue? Brushing your tongue til it’s pink every morning and night will surely take any bacteria off of it (DO NOT USE those special toothbrushes with the tongue brush on the backside of the bristles, it doesn’t work at all. Use the regular bristles that you use to brush your teeth!!!!) and make your breath smell a million times better. trust me, I’ve seen it happen. If that doesn’t work, there are always mouthwashes you can try. If none of that works, then maybe you should see a doctor about it.

bad breath usually comes from bacteria on the tongue.
If you use a tongue scraper, or anything that cleans the tongue, your problem should go away.

Usually, regular careful brushing (using proper procedure around tongue, cheeks, and inner gums) and proper usage of mouth wash will help get rid of bad breath.

If it is chronic and even with proper oral hygeine it is still present, then you may possibly have a stomach bacterial infection that needs medication.

bad breath can be caused by a lot of underlying issues and can be really embarassing so I feel for you. Things to consider:
~You may need a dental checkup. you should get a routine cleaning every 6 months. Plaque buildup can cause bad breath, but you probably know that
~when brushing your teeth, be sure to brush your tongue as well and cheeks and gums
~ train yourself to sleep with your mouth closed if possible
~ consider your diet and what foods may be contributing to bad breath. Very spicey foods, garlic, and acidic foods can cause stomach irritation that can cause bad breath and burping.
~ if all else fails, carry some ice breakers breath mints… they’ll knock you over they’re so strong!

Good luck, I hope this is resolved for you

sometimes, bad breath comes from the stomach…

To get rid of it, and if you don’t have your toothbrush with you, try drinking water.

You can also buy some good toothpaste against bad breath, or buy listerine.

Listerine comes in a spray, or in little sheets…
You can also try sugar free gum !!!My mom uses the listerine spray…You can get that anywhere…Try shopper’s drug mart…
