A gentle tongue scraper has much less to do with the item you buy and heaps to do with how you intend to use it.

If you are determined to scrape all the muck off your tongue in a desperate effort to get rid of the build up and the bad breath that goes with it, then good luck to you, but you are going about it the wrong way.

You need to be gentle with your choice of tongue scraper.

You also need to coat your tongue with a light covering of toothpaste post tongue scraping so the tongue absorbs the paste before you wash it off.

Less force and bluster, more gentle application, will get the results you need.
