Does anyone know how to get rid of tonsilloliths ?

I have white buildup on the back of my throat that cauases a bad breath and a nasty taste in my mouth. Does anyone know what is the way to get rid of it?

this may sound disgusting but if you gargle salt water please dont drink it it well work better then medicine but if it swell up get help. i dont like it ether but it works i know because i am a doctor and a damn good one at that
