Doest anyone else get tonsiliths?
They are terrible, small, stone like build ups that amount in the crypts of your tonsils. Does anyone else get these and if you do then how do you deal with them? O ya and they stink!
Yep. It’s food that is getting caught in the crypts and then decaying. I use a WaterPik to get them out. It makes me gag though. Or… scrape at them with a tooth scraper. Ughh… I hate those nasty stinky things and it makes me gag thinking about it. I am sorry you have them too. Just try & gargle to be sure you aren’t collecting food back there. That’s what I try to do.
