I have all the symptoms of Tonsilloliths and it is really pain ful. I have a sore throat, my ear hurts when i swallow , my tonsils are swollen, and I have embedded tonsil stones in the back of the mouth on tonsils. Some of these embedded stones are past my tongue where I cant even see it without making weird and awkard faces to see. I do know that surgery is an option and I am considering it if possible but are there any other ways it will cure itself? This is thing is absolutly NASTY my breath is so foul and I cant stand my breath being foul it gives me a headache. Will the Doctor give me a prescription medicine for this? I tried Gargilng salt water and even my mouth wash nothing is happening. And it is too deep to use a pick

Do you mean tonsillitis ( inflammation of the tonsils),?

Do you get alot of sore throats?

Yes, tonsil stones can be irritating, but trying to remove them will make it worse.

Your ear pain is due to the tonsils blocking the eustastian tubes, making the fluid to back up and cause pressure on ur ear drums,
