I've had tonsils stones for a few months now. I'm having my tonsils removed this summer for them, so you might want to see an ENT doctor. But anyway, here are a few ways I get them out:

-You can numb your throat using one of those sore throat sprays, this helps to prevent gagging when you try to get them out.
-Try gargling with salt water or a Listerine type mouth wash, this can help to break them lose.
-I think the easiest way to get them out is by using a water pik. Use one with an adjustable water pressure, so you don't hurt yourself.

Hope this helps you!
