How to get rid of tonsil stones?

So I have a tonsil stone on my tonsil(obviously) and its been there for the whole day being freakishly annoying. It makes me want to brush my teeth every five minutes. Ugh. Anyway, is there any way I can get rid of it? Gargling salt water doesn’t work.
You need to get it removed manually, either by yourself or by a professional…
…and then maintain good oral hygiene by gurgling and brushing every 5 minutes
