		<description>I use a Q-tip. I have a moderate gag reflex, but when I am alone in my bathroom, it doesn&#039;t bother me when I gag a little bit. Besides I hate when I can feel them with the posterior part of my tongue and they smell horrible!

I&#039;ve also heard of gargling with salt water, but have never tried it. You can use a 1/2 tsp. of salt to one cup of warm water.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
