the world biggest tonsil stone?
my 15 year old brother just spit out the biggest tonsil stone it is literally bigger then a 25 cent so huge he almost chocked on it when i tought it was over 3 more follow and bigger then eachother, ive made him a doctor appointment for tomorrow is that worth it. cause they smelled like doodoo. however he does not have a stinky breath when he speak upclose.
please dont be rude i just want to help him, hes actually to ashame to go to the doctor i have to go with him.
Don’t waste money going to the doctor. Tonsil stones won’t hurt your brother, although they are annoying. All he needs to do is get a Q-tip and run it along his tonsils each morning to dislodge the forming stones. Then he should gargle with warm, salty water to rinse any remaining debris off. The water will also get into the "crypts" in the tonsils and help rinse out the bacteria that collect there, feeding on food particles.
The smell is awful, and it is due to the bacteria. When the stones are cleaned off and the tonsils are rinsed, the smell will disappear.
Antibiotics are not effective because they cannot reach into the tonsil crypts to kill the bacteria. So the doctor will just tell you to clean them, like I just did.
Are you serious? You might wanna go get the guy checked out for swine flu or somethin… Cuz that sound crazy, man, just crazy.

My son has them, and we went to ENT specialist. This was his advice.
Like someone else said, I don’t think antibiotics are the answer. But I know there are other ways besides surgery…he does want to get it taken care of though…I recently stumbled on this video – I like it cause it’s kind of funny, but shows some stuff about tonsil stones:
