Ok, NOW I get what those are… I had SUCH an accumilation of those buggers. I used a Q-Tip to push the side of my tonsils and it was almost like trying to pop a pimple (by pushing the sides). The stones also came pouring out like discharge from a pimple. Now I have strep throat, with some of those guys back there again. My tonsils are COVERED with white blotches; including the back of my throat.

I have just started …
I have just started doing it a couple days ago. The first time i did it because i thought i felt a big tonsil stone. I swept my right side of the back of my mouth (the side that wasn’t bugging me) and 5 tonsil stones came out without trying. I’ve been doing it everyday/every other day to satisfy my want to get them out. Ill only do it once a day, or if i feel like i need to twice. A normal day i do it i get one tonsil stone out, and some bits. It really helps sometimes : )
